These have been designed to be worn either as a walking shoe, or for general day wear.

They are made from a synthetic fabric with a strong rubber sole, and they have been designed to be very durable.

A- The short answer is NO they are not. You ,could, of course run in these, but they have not been designed as proper running shoes.

Summary & Verdict
77% of buyers who bought these gave them a 5 star review, and by any measurement that is highly impressive.
We struggled to find any bad reviews. There were a few, and those were from people complaining that the shoes arrived in a damaged box, or slightly scuffed.
To be fair that has more to do with the postal service, than the actual quality of these walking shoes. It would be almost impossible for us not to recommend these to you.
