I think this is one of the very classic and great-looking women’s shoes on the market today.
As you can see from the image to the right, this one truly looks the part.
Even better is that the ProGrid Integrity ST2 walking shoe from the Saucony brand gets a strong rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars.
The majority of users have nothing but good things to say about it. In fact, this is part of the reason that I picked up this shoe myself, and I don’t regret it!
If you have looked at our own Top 10 list, you will have noticed that it was packed with either Skechers or Reebok, but this one from the Saucony company was good enough to push its way in there. It most certainly rates with the best of them.
This one is designed as a sport or athletic shoe, so it’s great for both walking, running, or for those who like to part walk and part run.
I think they call it “speed walking. I will explain later in this article, the specific benefits of selecting this shoe, but for now let’s cover the basics, so you know what you are getting for your money.
Only two colors available which are:
This is a strange one, as the choices are very limited, but I think the white one looks great. I am not a huge fan of black, but at least it offers another choice.
These shoes are available in the following sizes:
5-12 B (M) US, 5 2A (N), 5 2E (N) and include half sizes
90% of all people who bought this shoe said that the fit was the same as you would expect for a normal shoe.
That means you should just order whichever shoe size you normally wear. That keeps things simple.
- Made from full grain leather
- They have a good rubber sole for grip – see the picture further down for a close up
- These are very well cushioned, and that is what gives them their comfort.
- If you have high arches, high insteps or suffer from Plantar Fasciitis – these will work for you
What Women Love
We have included a short bullet point summary of the most popular reviews we found mentioned by actual buyers and users of the product.
I like to read these, as it is where you get the really important information before you whip out the credit card.
- Very supportive and comfortable – especially the heel
- Designed for runners, but ideal for walkers
- Ideal for anyone who suffers from any type of foot complaint
- A very classy and quality appearance
One reviewer named Angela said this:
“I have had a lot of problems with my feet over the years… plantar faciitis, bone spurs, and bursitis. As a result, I wear orthotic inserts in almost all my shoes, and because the orthotics are pretty stiff I wear thick socks to provide some cushioning.
I find that buying a half size up 8.5 instead of 8 allows me to accomodate the orthotic inserts and the soft thicker socks.
I also really like the way the heels provide a really stable platform, making it much more difficult to supinate or pronate.”
What People Did Not Like
- Some complained that the venting was poor
- The black ones overall did not get as many positive reviews as the white ones – I don’t really like the black one either, but some people do
Summary & Verdict
We are certain that any shoes that have appeared on our Top 10 list are actually very good shoes, supported by strong buyer ratings.
These are on that list, and as such we are confident that they are high quality and good value for money.
Clearly, when you read the reviews, anyone with foot problems such as bunions, plantar fasciitis, high arches, etc. get real support and comfort from these.
When compared to other leading brands like Skechers or Reebok, these are about the same price, and we think they are good value for money.
So if you are a fashion conscious woman, who wants a white shoe that will match almost all outfits, from a really well known brand, then this one gets excellent ratings, and is built to last.
